Monte Carlo Terms and Conditions

1. May be exchanged within one week during MRP period only.
2. No exchange on Saturday/Sunday/holidays.
3. Garments will be replaced only if brought back in proper condition with original tag intact.
4. Digital Invoice or Cash Memo must be produced for any complaint or exchange
5. No used garments shall be exchanged.
6. All alterations undertaken at customer's risk.
7. Any complaint regarding garments will be forwarded to manufacturer, whose decision on subject will be final.
8. Any manufacturing defect will be entertained within 7 days and subject to final decision of company.
9. All disputes are subject to Ludhiana jurisdiction only.
10. No Return or Exchange against product purchased through factory outlets.
11. Exchange only from the store from where the merchandise has been purchased.
12. No Exchange No Return during End of Season Sale.
13. No guarantee of pilling.
14. No Cash refund.
